On February 1st of 2018, Poet + Guitarist Frank Rutledge and I practiced in a small, upstairs room at graham's 318 coffee house for an upcoming show we had at zen loft wellness center that week. I recorded our practice sessions on my iPhone for me personally to refer back to in my own practice. Now that he has past away, I wanted to invite you into our intimate practice session and show the world what a joy it was to make music and create with my dear friend, Frank Rutledge. <3
